CSE 110 Presentation Guidelines

For the purpose of demoing and showcasing your project to peers and staff, you will be presenting a live demo of your application. The demo should show off your project and the problem it is trying to solve.

Have a story to tell to the audience and please keep it under 8 minutes.

• Start with presenting the problem you are trying to solve
• Then transition into showcasing your app with several usecases that will cover important parts of your app.
• Coupling your demo with a story will allow your audience to relate to your app much more personally.

Think of the presentation as if you are pitching your idea to a group of investors and you want them to invest in your idea.

• You have the creative freedom of using slides alongside your live demo
• The presentation should not include a video
• Both preliminary presentations and final presentaions will be a live demo of your application
