I'm a fourth year graduate student at Electrical & Computer Engineering Department of University of California, San Diego. I'm Currently working with prof. Pavel Pevzner, on developing algorithms for Computational Biology. My current research focuses on Mass Spectrometry Based Proteomics (sequencing non-ribosomal peptides from MS data).
